Woodruff Construction completed approximately 18,000 square feet of improvements to an indoor waterpark and adjacent hotel facility. The project included restoration of all indoor waterpark slides and pool features, along with sandblasting and repainting throughout the indoor pool and roof areas. Structural repairs were completed to the roof decking, and two new Dectron units were installed to improve environmental control within the waterpark.
Additional improvements on the hotel side included new pumps, energy recovery ventilators (ERVs), and other mechanical equipment, as well as new ductwork serving the restaurant dishwasher. The project was completed with the installation of a new hotel roof, providing comprehensive upgrades to both the facility’s guest amenities and building systems.
