This project included the construction of a new aerated lagoon and submerged attached growth reactor (SAGR) wastewater treatment system at an existing controlled discharge lagoon site including a blower building, treatment structures, aeration systems, earthwork and associated demolition, piping, electrical, mechanical, structures and equipment.
